Evelynn decided the other night that she wanted to help Dave with some yard work and she was having so much fun. We still have a lot of rocks in the grass so her job was to pick them up and put them in the bucket. She did so good and was entertained forever doing this.
Dave was also putting weeds in the same bucket and she did not like that. Everytime Dave put one in, she would take it out.
We also let Sam, our cat, out for a little while. He rarely is aloud outside but has so much fun when we let him. He loves to roll in the grass and chase the bugs.It was such a nice evening spent out in the yard. After that we made corn on the cob and just relaxed. Fun in the summer!

thanks so much for your comment, it made me feel special:) reading back over my post, I realized it did come out a bit melodramatic...
I am excited to have a blog, and now that I know I do have an audience, I'll put better stuff on there.
