Ok now that I have some more time I will post a little more about the house. Dave wants me to clarify that we will have to sign all the contracts and junk until it is officially ours.
Now we can get to the good stuff. It is in Eagle Mountain in the Ranches development. In the center of our neighborhood there is a 15 acre park, mostly field but right in front of our house is a playground. The house its self is 10 years old so there a few improvements that need to be made but we will just do those over time. It is two stories plus a basement that is 90% finished. It has 3 bedrooms upstairs and four in the basement which is more than we need but we couldn't pass it up. It has a beautiful yard which includes a deck.
I don't have any pictures on my camera yet but I will get them ASAP!

Congrats! I can't wait to see some pictures. I am sad to see you leave, but I am glad that you found a house.
