This evening we headed up to American Fork canyon to hang out in nature. We weren't planning on hiking but it ended up that way and we really enjoyed ourselves. We went up to the lake there and hiked all around it, getting muddy and wet but had so much fun!

We had to forge a little stream which felt really good in the heat.
This was the best picture I could get of M and it wasn't that good! He really enjoyed hanging out on daddys back.
