Michael started out his little party by swinging out in the backyard. It was just about the only thing that had made him happy all day. I kept thinking about that song, "its my party and I'll cry if I want to," that was his theme song for sure!
Evelynn of course had to join in
We had a small BBQ and Michael got his first taste of chips which he loved
Evelynn had a blast helping him open presents
He was way more excited about his Elmo card than the actual present!
We got him some spoons because he has been really into drumming ever since trying out his Grandpa's real drums. The spoons were a big hit with both kids!
Not sure about this cake....
Getting better....
Maybe I should pick it up.....
