He's Home!!!!!!!!

As you all know we got to pick Dave up last night. I got the kids all done up cute in their matching shirts and he headed off.

We hung out for a long time at the airport because I wanted to make sure we didn't miss his plane. I had a dream last week that I was late picking him up and since then I have been totally paranoid about being late.

It felt like forever that we had to wait from the time his plane landed until he came down the stairs. We got our spot right in the front and I am sure I was maybe blocking some people waiting for other passengers but at the time I totally didn't care! Finally we spotted him and my heart leaped for joy.

I am pretty sure I started jumping up and down when I saw him and then ran (in my heels) over to him. I of course had Ben with me so he could see him right away!Michael was very excited to give him the sign he had made (and torn up a little while waiting).Finally the family is back together!!

It was so amazing seeing him again and I still keep thinking that I must be dreaming. It doesn't feel like he can actually be here with us, I think it will take some getting used to. Everyone at the airport was staring at him and many asked where he had come from. He was the celebrity of the night! But we were anxious to get home so we hurried on out. We are now enjoying some much needed family time and loving it!
