WARNING: Crazy pregnant woman seen walking in Loch Lomond!


If anyone looked out their window this morning they would have seen this woman looking like a robber, walking with a stroller through our neighborhood.
Yes that is right, I actually went on a power walk this morning and it felt good! For anyone who has known me for a while, they know that I hate exercising, especially while I am pregnant. But I had the urge to do it this morning even though I haven't been feeling great and I loved it. I had just taken a shower so I had to bundle up my wet hair, hence the burgler look.
I really want to keep doing this, so any suggestions to keep me motivated?

Yes!! Come with us on Saturday!! In front of my house 8 a.m. it will be so much fun!!! We have walkers, joggers and runners!!

Way to go! My only advice is do it with a friend or friends. That way when you wake up and don't feel like doing it that day you'll have someone else to help motivate you.

I hear that the more you do it the easier it gets. I'm personally not someone who enjoys exercise, but I should do it. I was on a roll for a while and then it all went downhill and I'm still on the downhill! I'm glad you got out! I hope a breath of fresh air helps you feel better!

I have no advice! Good for you for taking the first step! Remember how you felt after the walk, and maybe that will keep you motivated!

You are doing the right thing exercising while pregnant. It will make your labor and delivery SOOO much better. Labor is like a marathon, so the better the shape you are in, the better. Plus, you'll get into shape better afterwards (as if that's EVEN a problem for you!)
