Here are some things that I have learned or discovered while Dave has been gone:
1. I really didn't realize all the things he took care of around the house
2. Having another pair of hands really really helps
3. There are a ton of people willing to help me, I just have to ask and that is the hard part
4. I am a lot stronger than I realized
5. There is nothing I cannot do....with the help of the Lord
6. Getting the kids outside makes a huge difference!
7. It is ok to just lock myself in the bathroom for a few minutes to calm down
8. I have to make time for myself or I will go crazy
9. Chocolate makes it all better
10. Good friends are priceless
